Shipping Outside the U.S.
If you wish to ship products outside the U.S., please call Customer Service at 1-888-696-6788, Mon - Fri, 9am - 7pm, ET., and a representative will gladly assist you with your order.
For shipments to Canada, Purchasers acknowledge that by ordering goods from Mars Retail Group they authorize FedEx Corp., an approved Canadian customs broker, to act as their agent, and to transact business with the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) to obtain release of the merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return merchandise to Mars Retail Group and electronically submit refund claims on their behalf. They understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to FedEx Corp., and that they will obtain the refund directly from Mars Retail Group. Further, they also authorize FedEx Corp., to forward any refund issued by the CBSA in their name, so that Mars Retail Group can be reimbursed.
Revising Shipping Information on an Order
If the status of your order appears as 'shipped', we are unable to change the shipping or billing information on your order.

Storing and Shipping Hints
Storing these perfectly fresh M&M'S to enjoy later?
Do not refrigerate; instead, store them at room temperature out of direct
sunlight.
Shipping them on to someone else?
Again, do not refrigerate them. Simply refreeze the included gel packs and place
them back into the box, outside the bubble wrap-out of direct
contact with product. Ship quickly (maximum 2-day shipping).
